You can display the tracked data from the company overview in three different levels.
When do I use which view?
The company overview shows a view that summarizes the visits of each identified company. So if a company is tracked several times a day, the company name is displayed only once and the number of visits is summed up.
Company details
Once you have identified a company whose behavior you want to look at in more detail, you can switch to the company details. To do so, simply click on the tile icon in the “Actions” column at the end of the respective entry and thereby switch the statistics.
In the company details you can see the most important recorded data of the selected company at a glance. By clicking on the small arrow symbol at the upper right edge of a statistic, you can access the respective overall view if required.
The visit details
By clicking on the tile symbol, at the right edge of a single visit, you can reach the third level and track every single click of the visit incl. the respective dwell time, referrer, etc.
You can get back to the initial statistics either with the “Back” function of the browser or via the side menu | Company overview!
