There are different types of filters in LeadLab. Complex filters, Separate filters and Fixed filters. Depending on what kind of evaluation you need, a certain filter type can be more useful than the others.
Separate filters
The separate Filters are the most frequently used. Here you enter one rule in each filter. This has the advantage that you can combine the filters as you wish. For example, you have created a filter for the country of origin and a filter for the number of visits.
Complex filters
Complex filters contain several entries in one filter. This allows you to map a specific evaluation, which you may need on a regular basis, with a single filter. For example, in a marketing evaluation, one filter could be used to show which companies from the industry “Manufacture of electric lamps and lighting fixtures” have responded to a “Campaign Online Banner”, are not yet “customers” and have made “more than one click” during their visit.
Fixed filters
Fixed filters allow you to unalterably restrict accounts of employees to a specific set of data. A sales employee could thus use his account to evaluate results only from his postal code area and for exactly the product for which he is responsible.
The menu for assigning a fixed filter can be found under More tools | Fixed filters. If this has not been enabled for your user, you can request it through WiredMinds Support.
Click on the blue plus icon, select the desired users and then the appropriate filter. After that, the user will see the selected filters in the filter menu. However, he can neither change nor deactivate them.
