Which possibilities does the wiredminds API offer?
With the Rest API, LeadLab offers a technical interface for further machine processing of the wiredminds data. In this way, you can easily integrate your data directly into any system. This includes the data from the company identification area, i.e. the identified company visitors and their click details, as well as the available statistics from the web analytics area.
REST stands for REpresentational State Transfer, API. REST is a standard programming interface based on the specifications of the World Wide Web.
An application example for the wiredminds API is thus the direct transfer of your recognized company visitors into the CRM system you are using.
How do I activate the module for the API feed ?
The module must be activated via wiredminds support. As soon as it is contractually agreed that the module can be released for you, you can activate the module via the support. You will then find it under Other Tools | API Feeds.
How can I test an API feed?
Every customer has the possibility to test the module to get to know how it works. A test can be requested at any time via wiredminds support. If you would like to request a test, you can do so by emailing support@wiredminds.de.
Up to 5 API feeds can be configured per account. These will be updated maximum once a day!
